Even the local authorities, the way they exercise and enforce power are all contributing factors in the abuse of power.

The poor and the disadvantage ones suffer. Until those in leadership position can turn their style of leadership and begin to value all human beings as one and turning their greed into production for all, Democracy will not work properly.
